Q:  If you have registered or purchased our software and do not receive an Email within a few minutes, your Email address may have been rejected by a mail server. solunarforecast.com gets several "Undeliverable Mail" messages each day caused by these problems:

• A1:  You entered the email address incorrectly. Please return to the "Become a Member" or our "Software" page and enter the registration information correctly.
• A2:  Your mailbox is blocking the email. Please set your spam blocker to allow Emails coming from solunarforecast.com.
• A3:  Your mailbox is full.
• A4:  There is a mail server problem of some other kind. Please return to the "Become a Member" or our "Software" page and enter registration information with a different valid Email address.

Q:  How do I install and use Solunar Forecast Software?

Q:  What do you do with my email address?

A:  We respect your privacy and in doing so we will never release it to anyone.  We also will never send you email other than which has been explicitly requested by you.

Q:  Sometimes on the Solunar Predictions page I receive a message saying "Oops, NOAA is not responding to our request, please try again."?.

A:  We use an XML feed from NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration) which sometimes denies our request for data.  It usually clears itself up after about 4 hours.

Q:  How do I delete my account?.

A:  Simply login and click on My Account then the delete me button.

Q:  Do you make you applications available for developers?

A:  We do make some pieces of our source code available such as our web services.  Submit a request here.
